For example in places like open space offices we can use directional sound for every workstation or workplace.

This way we can achieve individual sound tracks for everyone without the need of using the headphones. When calling via Skype, the surrounding is not disturbed by anything else than words of the employee.

Primary advantage is that every employee can listen to his own music genre and the possibility of not disturbing the colleagues will appreciate most of them. Satisfied employee is much more efficient than employee who doesn't feel good at his place.
